Introduction

Welcome to SynapsesHQ — a modern workspace that brings people, projects and everyday operations into one place.

SynapsesHQ helps teams plan work, stay on track and collaborate without jumping between tools. From tasks and projects to attendance, leave, chat and HR workflows, everything lives in one structured system your organization can grow with.

Whether you are setting up a new workspace or scaling an existing team, SynapsesHQ keeps roles, modules and day-to-day work aligned under one roof.

Purpose

SynapsesHQ is built to simplify how teams run internal operations. It gives you a clear structure for work, people and processes so every workflow is organized, trackable and shared in the same environment.

Instead of scattered tools and manual coordination, teams use one workspace for planning, collaboration and decisions — with access controlled by each person’s role.

Key Highlights

  • Centralized workspace for people, projects, clients and operations
  • Role-based access so each user only sees what they need
  • Tasks, projects, time tracking and capacity planning in one flow
  • Attendance, leave, payroll and HR tools when your organization enables them
  • Real-time chat, notifications and Synapses Buddy for quick help
  • Clean interface designed for daily use on web and mobile
  • Multi-tenant organization model that scales as your team grows

How It Works

After you sign in, you land in your organization’s workspace. What you can see and do depends on your assigned role and permissions.

Modules are grouped so you can move naturally between work (tasks, projects, clients), people (employees, attendance, leave) and collaboration (chat, wiki, notifications). Everything stays connected, so you can follow a workflow without switching systems or losing context.

Getting Started

  1. Open your organization’s SynapsesHQ workspace and sign in.
  2. Complete your profile and explore the dashboard.
  3. Follow the in-app tour (or the First-Time User Guide) to learn where key modules live.
  4. Start with the areas your role uses most — tasks, projects, attendance, or team tools.
