Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the CNS system operated by Smart Sarks. By logging in to or using the System, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
By logging in to or using the System, you ("User") agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the System. The Company may update these Terms at any time and continued use after an update means you accept the changes.
Eligibility and Accounts
The System is for employees, interns, contractors and other personnel authorized by the Company.
Accounts are created and managed by administrators. Users may not self-register or share accounts.
You are responsible for all activity under your credentials. Keep your password confidential and report suspected unauthorized access immediately.
Access is limited by your role, department and designation and the Company may change or revoke it at any time.
Departments and Designations
Departments and designations are assigned and edited only by authorized administrators or HR.
Your designation determines your permissions, reporting lines and approval authority in the System.
Users must not try to alter their own department, designation or access level.
The System's records of departments and designations are the Company's official internal records for system purposes.
Projects
Projects, members and project roles are set up by authorized users such as project managers and admins.
Project data, files and discussions are Company property and visible only to assigned members and authorized administrators.
Users must not copy, export or share project information outside the Company without written permission.
Task Management
Tasks are assigned, updated and closed through the System. Users must keep task status, descriptions and deadlines accurate.
Users must not create false tasks, mark work complete when it is not, or tamper with task records.
Task history, comments and changes are logged and may be used for performance review and auditing.
Task Timer and Time Tracking
The task timer records time spent on assigned work. Users must start and stop it honestly and only for work actually performed.
Timer manipulation is prohibited. This includes leaving the timer running while inactive, logging time for other users, using automation to simulate activity and editing time entries without authorization.
Time entries may be reviewed, adjusted or rejected by managers or admins and may be used for project costing, productivity reporting and payroll-related decisions as permitted by Company policy.
Attendance
Attendance (check-in, check-out, breaks and working hours) must be recorded truthfully by the User.
Marking attendance for another person, or falsifying time, location or device information, is misconduct.
Attendance records may be used for payroll, performance evaluation and compliance and are subject to HR correction and approval.
Where attendance capture uses IP address, device or location data, you consent to that collection for attendance verification only.
Leave Management
Leave requests must be submitted through the System in accordance with the Company's leave policy.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Leave is effective only after approval by the authorized manager or HR.
Leave balances, approvals, rejections and cancellations are recorded in the System and the System's records prevail unless corrected by HR.
Providing false information to obtain leave may lead to disciplinary action.
Chat and Communication
Chat is for official work communication only.
Users must not send content that is abusive, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, sexually explicit, threatening or illegal, or that spreads spam or misinformation.
Users must not share confidential Company or client information in chat with unauthorized persons.
Monitoring notice: Messages and files shared in the System belong to the Company's work environment. The Company may access, review, retain and disclose chat content for security, compliance, investigation or legal purposes, subject to applicable law. Users should not expect private communication on Company systems.

This data is used for operations, HR administration, payroll support, performance management, security and legal compliance.

The Company takes reasonable measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Confidentiality
All information accessed through the System, including project details, client information, internal discussions and business data, is confidential. This obligation continues after your employment or engagement ends.
Intellectual Property
The System, its software, design and content are owned by the Company or its licensors. Work, data and materials created or uploaded by Users in the course of their duties belong to the Company, subject to employment or contractor agreements.
Availability and Support
The Company aims to keep the System available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates or technical issues may cause temporary downtime. If the System is unavailable, Users must follow the manual procedures set by HR or management and update records once service resumes.
Suspension and Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, security risk, misconduct, or end of employment or engagement. Disciplinary action may follow in line with Company policy.
